If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return within 7 days for a credit note or refund subject to the item being in its original packaging with all tags attached and a resalable condition.
Failed Deliveries
If our courier cannot deliver your order, the parcel will be returned to us. You will have up to three weeks (from the date we receive the returned parcel) to contact us and arrange for the order to be re-delivered. If you do not contact us within the specified time, we will refund you for the goods. If you still wish to receive these goods after the 3 week period is over, you will need to place a new order again and at the price listed on the website. Unfortunately, any discounts that were valid at the time of your purchase and that are no longer running cannot be re-applied to your order.
Return Information:
We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. When returning products, it is strongly suggested that you insure the product with the shipper of the full price of the item. Damage done to the product being returned by the carrier will be covered by the buyer.
If you require a refund for your online orders you must send the unworn goods back to us using the returns instructions.

On the rare occasion that the good your receive are not in perfect condition we will pay the return postage.
Multiple orders will arrive together and any unwanted goods should be returned with itemised proof of posting.
Please remember that the products are your responsibility, as a customer, until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send any returns by a postal/courier service that provides insurance for the value of the goods, a dispatch certificate or document and a signed proof of delivery. Please retain your Certificate of Posting and hold onto it until you have received your refund from AYFA Attire .
You will only be refunded by the same payment method used for your original purchase.
How do I return faulty or incorrect goods?
All our items are inspected before dispatch, however, should you receive a faulty or incorrect item please contact us and await a response before sending the item(s) back to us at the returns address in an unworn condition in its original packaging within 1 month of receipt.
All items are checked when returned and if we find that your item is faulty then we will refund you the full cost of your product including your original delivery charges. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the products. You will receive an email confirming the refund and the original order value with the refunded amount.
After you receive the refund confirmation email please allow for at least 5 working days for the money to be placed back into your account.
Your card issuer or bank is responsible for crediting your account therefore we do not have any control over the described time frame.
If your card has expired or has been declined we will arrange for another method of payment.
